Overview
At Monks, a leading digital-first marketing and technology services company, we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Toronto office. This role involves managing client relationships and teams, helping grow our client business through strategic advice and project execution in programmatic advertising. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically design and oversee advertising campaigns using advanced programmatic platforms across display, mobile, social, video, analytics, ad serving, and creative design.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and generate insightful reports.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert recommendations on products, industry trends, and technology solutions to maximize long-term value.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in executing programmatic advertising campaigns either in a technology company or as an end advertiser.
- Strong knowledge of advertising technologies with keen interest in industry trends and future directions.
- Advanced proficiency in platforms including DV360, Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads, and The Trade Desk.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and scale knowledge to junior and sometimes senior team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive and articulate insights from complex data sets.
- Driven to take on challenging tasks, eager to learn new skills, and comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is CAD 70,000 to 80,000 per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant job factors without discrimination based on protected status.
