Position Overview

CommBox is experiencing consistent growth and is currently seeking two Account Managers to serve the NSW and ACT regions. This role offers the opportunity to cultivate strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide valuable market-leading solutions in LED, interactive, and commercial display technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a designated territory comprising partners and key clients.
  • Support customers in modernising their environments using CommBox display and collaboration offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Serve as the primary representative of CommBox in NSW, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans aimed at meeting revenue and margin objectives.
  • Identify new business prospects across education, corporate, government, and commercial industries.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasting data.
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and influential stakeholders.
  • Provide channel partners with training, demonstrations, and joint customer engagement.
  • Assist partners in promoting the CommBox value proposition to secure more contracts.
  • Represent CommBox at industry events, roadshows, and partner gatherings in the region.
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and workshops effectively.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations leveraging support from pre-sales and product teams.
  • Negotiate and close transactions that benefit both customers and CommBox.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery and post-sales support phases.
  • Collect field feedback to inform product, pricing, and process improvements.
  • Act as the customer's advocate within the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within audiovisual, IT, display, or technology sectors.
  • Strong skills in managing territories and account planning.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting product demonstrations or workshops.
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and diligent in follow-up activities.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel frequently throughout NSW.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners such as distributors, resellers, and integrators is highly advantageous.
