Overview
Join Hilti Ireland as an Account Manager in the Building & Construction team, covering counties Monaghan, Sligo, Cavan, and Leitrim. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment where your input directly impacts the development of the company and its customers.
Role Description
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for customers, visiting sites and offices to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Hilti's advanced tools, software such as ON!Track, Fieldwire, and VanGateway, and various services. You will manage your territory independently, build strong, long-lasting relationships, and support customers in enhancing efficiency and safety on their sites. Problem-solving and value delivery will be at the heart of your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your assigned territory with autonomy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients on and off construction sites.
- Understand customer challenges and offer innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Serve as the go-to expert for customers, advocating for productivity, safety, and sustainability improvements.

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role in any sector.
- Valid full manual driving license.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
