Role Overview
The Account Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. The primary responsibility is managing and nurturing client relationships across various industries. This role serves as the main contact point for clients, understanding their business objectives and coordinating internal teams to ensure digital campaigns, website projects, and creative assets are delivered timely and within scope.
Key accountabilities include monitoring campaign performance, preparing detailed reports, suggesting optimizations and new initiatives to achieve measurable improvements, conducting client meetings, delivering strategy presentations, resolving issues efficiently, and facilitating transparent communication between clients and in-house specialists. Additionally, the role involves identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to account planning, and supporting ongoing enhancement of client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven client relationship and account management skills comprising stakeholder communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary digital marketing teams such as paid media, SEO, content creation, design, and development to execute integrated campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities to manage multiple client accounts, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Analytical proficiency in interpreting campaign data, generating performance reports, and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for client presentations and documentation of plans and results.
- Background in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields; familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and foundational SEO practices is advantageous.
- Comfortable working onsite within a collaborative team environment in Dublin, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Relevant academic credentials in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
