Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with a "can-do" attitude to join as a full-time Account Manager based primarily in Edinburgh. This role involves both nurturing existing client relationships and expanding the client base through consultative sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize exceptional communication capabilities to maintain and grow business with current clients.
- Prospect and secure new clients to increase revenue streams using a consultative selling method.
- Collaborate closely with carrier partners to offer customers optimal advice and tailored logistics solutions that save time and reduce costs.
- Provide coaching and training to customers for effective use of the company’s online portal.
- Actively seek referrals from both clients and carrier partners to expand business opportunities.
- Function as a virtual extension of the customer’s business, strengthening ongoing partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive OTE ranging from £37,000 to £42,000 per year.
