Job Overview

The Account Manager's primary focus is to uncover and cultivate new product opportunities within the existing clientele, involving prospecting potential sales, presenting product programs, and achieving set sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by expanding sales within the current customer base across categories such as Uniforms, Workplace Supplies, Managed Restroom Services, First Aid, and Direct Sales.
• Work towards securing renewals of customer contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data, track sales progress, and relay product information to the service department.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and identify fresh opportunities.
• Implement a structured sampling initiative aimed at generating proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Sales, and Operations teams to effectively sell to existing customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with strong communication capabilities.
• Able to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web navigation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; higher education such as a Bachelor's or Associate Degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in Route Sales or B2B sales is advantageous.

Licensing and Certifications

A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Candidates must be capable of safely lifting and handling weights up to 30 lbs regularly.

Compensation Details

The expected annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $85,000, influenced by factors like individual skills, qualifications, educational levels, experience, market standards, and other relevant elements. There may also be opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses or commissions.
