  • Administer contract lifecycles, including renewals and extensions.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payments, navigating complex business environments as needed.
  • Handle sensitive commercial matters such as renegotiations and payment escalations.
  • Develop solid knowledge of the banking and microfinance landscape within the CEMAC region.
  • Stay current with regional regulations like COBAC and BEAC and industry trends.
  • Adjust sales approaches in line with local market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and go-to-market plans.
  • Keep accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Promote accountability toward business results and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communicator and negotiator with experience in multicultural settings.
  • Capable of engaging and influencing high-level executives (C-level).
  • Proven success in selling complex software with extended sales cycles.
  • Business-savvy and customer-focused mindset.
  • Adaptability to diverse and challenging environments.
  • Highly autonomous, disciplined, and accountable.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications and Experience
