Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager (m/f/d) for field sales covering the greater Munich area to support the growth of our operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Expand our partner and agent network (B2B) through direct field engagement to support business development across Bavaria.
• Maintain effective, long-term, and productive relationships with agency partners, providing consultation on Ria/EPS products via in-person visits and telephone contacts.
• Conduct training sessions at partner locations and ensure partners receive marketing materials.
• Participate regularly in sales meetings.
• Prepare weekly reports and provide direct updates to management.

Requirements

• Initial sales experience, preferably within money transfer services or comparable sectors such as telecommunications, call-shops, or financial services.
• Experience in cold calling is an advantage.
• Capability to work independently and with a goal-oriented approach.
• Proficient in both German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license and willingness to undertake frequent field visits.
