Role Overview
The Account Manager will manage and expand a portfolio of 15–30 active billing accounts, spanning both CoreWeave’s infrastructure services and Weights & Biases software offerings. This customer-facing position focuses on maintaining account health, driving recurring revenue growth through retention, renewals, and expansions while building strong, multi-layered client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of 15–30 billing customers using infrastructure and software solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by focusing on expansion, retention, and renewal within your accounts.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close expansions within existing accounts.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with technical and business stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Track account performance metrics, customer usage patterns, and promote adoption to minimize churn.
- Coordinate internal teams including Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Managers, support, and product experts to resolve issues and foster growth.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations for renewals and upsells.
- Manage revenue forecasts, renewal schedules, and expansion pipelines relative to targets.
- Collaborate across departments such as Technical, Business Development, Professional Services, and Partner teams to achieve customer success.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum six years in sales, account management, or related customer-facing commercial roles within cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platform, or similar tech industries.
- Proven experience managing multiple active customer accounts simultaneously.
- Strong record of driving customer retention, contract renewals, and revenue growth through expansions.
- Skilled negotiator capable of closing commercial deals including renewals and upsells.
- Comfortable navigating both infrastructure and SaaS sales cycles.
- Consistent achievement or surpassing of revenue and retention objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, or related software products.
- Ability to manage combined infrastructure and SaaS customer portfolios.
- Knowledge of consumption-based revenue or usage-led business models.
- Familiarity with large-scale computing, bare metal solutions, inference technologies, or AI platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position in Toronto is CAD 165,000 to CAD 205,000, determined by applicant’s qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base pay, the compensation package includes commission, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits subject to eligibility.
