The Corporate Team based in Belfast leverages their expertise to develop innovative and custom solutions, managing complex insurance programmes for a variety of companies. We are expanding and seeking an Account Manager to become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle placement of diverse commercial risk types within the insurance market.
• Deliver expert and timely advice to clients regarding their specific insurance requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with insurer partners as needed to facilitate client policies.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards through prompt, client-focused management of accounts, including efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and client queries.
• Manage client files ensuring accurate, complete, and timely case completion.
• Safeguard client confidentiality rigorously at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven extensive experience managing accounts within the corporate or commercial insurance sectors.
• Strong background in addressing technical insurance matters.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a varied client base involving risks of different sizes and complexities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities capable of engaging across various organizational levels using multiple communication methods.
• Possession of CII qualification or actively pursuing CII examinations.
