Role Overview

BlueFocus is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee and expand key client relationships across diverse integrated marketing channels. This pivotal role requires a blend of client leadership, deep knowledge of the China market, and expertise in multi-channel campaign execution. Excellent communication skills, cultural insight, and the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving landscape are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for designated clients, cultivating long-lasting and trusted partnerships.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of client business aims and proactively suggest integrated marketing strategies.
• Oversee expectations, schedules, budgets, and deliverables involving several stakeholders.
• Direct campaigns across various platforms such as social media, content marketing, KOL and influencer initiatives, media planning and buying, and partnerships with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and regional networks.
• Ensure unified channel strategies for consistent and effective campaign results.
• Leverage expertise in China’s digital marketing ecosystem, including knowledge of Chinese consumer behaviors, platforms, and current content trends.
• Support China-based brands expanding internationally and global brands entering the Chinese market.
• Serve as a cultural and strategic bridge between China and regional teams.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and operations departments to guarantee flawless execution.
• Monitor campaign outcomes and contribute to optimization strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and conduct reviews following campaigns.
• Remain flexible and responsive amid shifting media landscapes, platform updates, and client requirements.
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively under pressure.
