Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing all advertiser interactions including the technical setup and optimization of campaigns aligned with KPIs, facilitating B2B communication, and driving upselling efforts. This role serves as the primary liaison for clients predominantly within the gaming sector, such as Playtika, Scopely, and SuperPlay.

The position involves regular discussions around marketing strategies, ongoing communication, and handling the technical aspects related to campaign outcomes. Additionally, the role requires participation in idea generation sessions and diverse assignments to deepen product knowledge and understanding of user behavior, always pushing for optimized campaign performance and scalable partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze multiple reward-based campaign datasets for optimization.
• Forge and sustain strong advertiser partnerships to ensure campaign achievements.
• Engage in clear communication to uncover opportunities and bolster relationships.
• Onboard new advertising partners effectively.
• Evaluate competitor activities to discover revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Regularly update project progress and address any arising challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Over one year of experience in roles like Account Management or Sales.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales and negotiation tactics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with confidence in handling numerical data.
• Knowledgeable about mobile attribution and campaign tracking systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset committed to continual learning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with an independent and proactive approach to work.
• Fluent in English at a B2 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Native level speaker of Chinese.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Understanding of campaign models like CPA, CPI, and CPE.
• Background in rewarded advertising environments.
