Role Overview

As an Account Manager based in London, you will actively manage your client portfolios, emphasizing client satisfaction, communication, quality assurance, and profitability. You will ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned with the client brief, while contributing ideas and mentoring junior team members. The position requires in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays under the agency’s hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong, trust-based client relationships positioning Havas Lynx as a strategic partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries to deliver outstanding campaigns.
  • Efficiently handle client requests, transforming them into precise internal briefs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to oversee production schedules ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion to brief.
  • Maintain quality control for outgoing work, verifying alignment with client-approved briefs.
  • Support senior account leadership while liaising with Insights and Planning Teams to enhance strategic comprehension related to campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and initiate new business opportunities with current and prospective clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable account management role within a creative agency (excluding media, digital, or production-focused agencies).
  • Proven expertise in strategic account management beyond pure delivery or project management tasks.
  • Experience handling creative briefs and client accounts with direct client-facing interaction.
  • Confidence coupled with eagerness to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Preferred experience with Generative AI tools and holding AI certifications from recognized platforms such as Coursera or Section AI.
