Account Manager

Job Overview

The Account Manager role focuses on accelerating strategic sales growth by targeting, cultivating, and overseeing vital customer accounts within enterprise and government sectors. The position emphasizes providing value-driven technology offerings such as Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management and Digital Archiving Solutions, Scanning Solutions, Asset Tracking, Barcode and Labeling Solutions, alongside complementary IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Manage end-to-end sales process from initial lead through to contract finalization
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and principal decision-makers
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely project execution and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Keep sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data updated and accurate
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Have 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
• Proven ability in managing enterprise and government accounts
