About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, GST compliance, and handling daily financial processes. Familiarity with Tally Prime or ERP systems, GST documentation, E-Way Bill & E-Invoice generation, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally Prime or ERP software.
- Create and process E-Way Bills and E-Invoices in compliance with GST regulations.
- Record and verify purchase transactions and supplier invoices accurately.
- Post bank entries and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Maintain precise cash entries along with the cash book.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a consistent basis.
- Handle GST-related accounting records and proper documentation.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions efficiently.
- Ensure all accounting records are up to date and supported by requisite documents.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, audits, and fulfilling statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 5 years demonstrated experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Proficiency with Tally Prime or similar ERP accounting software.
- Hands-on experience in generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Solid understanding of purchase accounting, bank transactions, and cash management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST compliance and related processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
- Excellent analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
Additional Information
Experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors will be considered advantageous but is not mandatory.

This is a full-time position located onsite in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
