Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market analyses to identify potential opportunities within the market.
- Build and develop a strong customer base as a foundation for success.
- Maintain customer relationships to foster cooperation, generating referrals and durable partnerships.
- Conduct personal client visits to build trust and accurately determine client needs.
- Collaborate closely by combining recruiting and sales efforts to achieve the optimal "Perfect Match" between candidates and clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Provide comprehensive employee care, including for those placed directly and for those in temporary employment contracts.
- Expand and nurture a broad professional network through effective collaboration with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for sales activities.
- Either a natural sales talent or motivated to learn sales fundamentals; career changers are warmly welcomed.
- Educational background is flexible—both academic and vocational qualifications are accepted; your personality and drive are more important than certificates.
- Excellent communication skills paired with assertiveness and an enjoyment of teamwork, as collaboration is highly valued.
- Fluent German language skills at C1 level.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B).
