With over 120 team members and a prestigious client portfolio, Beauhurst is expanding its team to include an Account Manager dedicated to cultivating strong client partnerships and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust client relationships through consistent communication via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Achieve renewal and retention targets, with performance-based incentives rewarding success.
- Spot opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance subscription value for clients.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to accelerate sales prospects when appropriate.
- Collect and relay product feedback to guide improvements in the platform by the development team.
- Analyze client requirements to design customized solutions addressing their business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Commercial experience with at least one year of proven success in client or sales-oriented roles involving target achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal aptitude demonstrating strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- A goal-focused approach with a drive to surpass targets and continuously improve.
- Resilience to handle difficult situations effectively and recover swiftly from challenges.
- Proficient problem-solving skills geared towards understanding client needs and crafting individualized solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive total earnings of £53,000 to £63,000 OTE, comprising £35,000 to £45,000 base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions.
