  • Lead onboarding of new merchants, collaborating with solution engineers when necessary.
  • Meet or surpass quarterly targets for qualified opportunities, contributing to closed deals.
  • Support sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, track sales activities, and forecast quarterly closings accurately using CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and devise effective sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of proven success in outbound B2B sales, preferably within fintech or financial services sectors.
  • Ability to explain complex technical products in straightforward terms to a non-technical audience.

Personal Attributes

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within an international team in a dynamic, high-volume fintech environment.
  • Consultative sales approach focused on understanding client pain points and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Self-driven with strong accountability and ownership for achieving results.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and output.
  • Adept at managing multiple prospects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience in payments ecosystems, especially in travel, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with acquiring product sales is a plus.
