- Exhibit empathy by prioritizing listening to customer challenges.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing effective strategies and participating in initiatives beyond closing deals.
- Challenge conventional practices to drive innovation and validate new ideas through experimentation.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and segment users to enhance market understanding.
- Leverage data analytics to inform sales narratives and business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Energetic, charismatic, and empathetic with a strong collaborative spirit.
- A minimum of 3 years quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales, targeting business decision-makers.
- Proven ability to self-generate sales pipeline and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Experience selling to Mid-Market and larger companies.
- Passionate about sales methodologies and continuously improving productivity using AI tools.
- Proficient in standardized sales techniques such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
- Consistently ranks within the top 10% of performance and regularly closes deals exceeding $25,000 annual contract value.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills to simplify complex ideas.
- Affinity with trumpet’s core values emphasizing growth, customer obsession, trust, boldness, feedback, and data-driven action.
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage one’s own pipeline without constant oversight.
- Desired qualifications include experience selling to sales or marketing leaders, being target-oriented, and building a personal brand.
Company Values
- Relentless ambition for growing the company.
- Obsessive focus on user experience.
- Trust, respect, and care among colleagues.
- Boldness in pursuing goals.
- Openness to and encouragement of feedback.
