Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist with finance duties such as preparing expense reports, monitoring budgets, and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare, revise, and organize various reports, presentations, and formal correspondences.
- Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
- Organize meetings by setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy of both financial and administrative information.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate efficiently with internal staff, external stakeholders, and service providers.
- Exhibit flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to shifting priorities.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with financial software or tools.
- Capacity to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet various deadlines.
