Overview
Sensiba LLP is expanding its EMEA growth team and seeks an Account Executive to join its well-established compliance division in Ireland. Recognized for strong brand presence and an existing client base, this role is positioned within a dynamic, fast-paced team that blends startup agility with a stable foundation. The focus is on helping organizations address governance, risk, and compliance challenges through various standards and frameworks.
Key Duties
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Design and present tailored compliance and cybersecurity solutions that respond to the specific needs and complexities of each prospect.
- Develop relationships with compliance platform partners and referral networks to generate repeatable revenue and extend market impact.
- Identify promising business sectors and proactively engage them to grow Sensiba’s regional presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical delivery, and client success teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent client experiences throughout engagement.
- Act as a trusted consultant, clearly communicating Sensiba’s risk assurance services such as SOC, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and HIPAA to relevant executives and decision makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales pipeline and forecasts; provide market feedback to influence company strategy.
- Represent the company at industry forums and strategic meetings to enhance thought leadership and brand reputation.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within security compliance, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
- Proficient in consultative selling, especially engaging with senior executives such as CISOs and CIOs.
- Demonstrates strong relationship management with an ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Proactive problem solver passionate about making significant early contributions.
- Preferred but not required: experience in professional services or compliance automation platforms, familiarity with security and governance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from €60,957 to €76,196, with commission eligibility and an expected on-target earnings (OTE) between €121,914 and €152,392.
