  • Foster consultative relationships across multiple levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and linking them to Mixpanel’s solutions.
  • Represent Mixpanel at industry forums and regional events.
  • Monitor competitors and clearly articulate Mixpanel’s unique position within the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide feedback to GTM leadership to support regional sales strategy development.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in SaaS sales managing complex engagements with large organizations.
  • Expertise in pipeline development through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account planning.
  • Skilled at establishing and influencing relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience selling to both fast-growing technology companies and established enterprises.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
  • Collaborative mindset coupled with integrity and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly self-driven with confident communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% for client meetings.
  • Adept at navigating market uncertainties and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in selling data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Connections or proven experience within the broader technology ecosystem including hyperscalers, cloud services, or artificial intelligence.
  • Experience targeting sectors such as retail, e-commerce, financial services, media, entertainment, or online marketplaces.
  • Track record of success in rapidly scaling technology companies.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages like French, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Benefits and Perks

  • Extensive medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.

  • Promote teamwork across departments for greater collective impact.
  • Foster open, honest communication with meaningful relationships.
  • Prioritize deep understanding of customer needs to ensure their success guides all efforts.
