About SINGU

SINGU is transforming how leading real estate companies manage their operations. Our goal is to be the foremost platform across Europe for handling warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios. We enable our clients to protect revenue streams, enhance efficiency, and access new value across all aspects of their property management.

Our comprehensive CAFM platform currently supports the operations of over 250 million square meters globally with more than 500,000 professionals using it daily. After merging with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now manage 100,000+ buildings across more than 35 countries and are growing fast.

Supported by a prominent growth equity investor, we are rapidly expanding and collaborating with global market leaders. Our core values emphasize adaptability, teamwork, and client-focused solutions.

Role Overview

This role focuses solely on new business development. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated territory and named accounts, owning your pipeline, and driving the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Deals tend to be strategic and complex, often involving multiple stakeholders, sites, and a sales cycle of six to nine months. Initial deal values typically range from £25,000 to £100,000, with significant opportunities for expansion across multiple countries. Success requires building strong business cases, excellent discovery, quantifying value, gaining access to senior decision-makers, and aligning diverse stakeholders across various functions.

What You Will Manage

  • Achieving new business sales quotas with a strategic territory plan.
  • Creating a strong sales pipeline through various channels including business development, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Conducting in-depth diagnostic discussions focused on operating costs, compliance, and risk management.
  • Qualifying deals thoroughly to MEDDICC standards, ensuring a solid business case and engagement with economic buyers.
  • Maintaining multi-threaded relationships within deals to ensure resilience against sponsor changes.
  • Negotiating commercially to enhance value and preserve pricing without defaulting to discounts.
  • Conducting disciplined qualification to exit unpromising opportunities early.
  • Planning initial wins to enable future expansion by sites, countries, or use cases.
  • Handing off clients smoothly to Customer Success teams with clear expansion plans.
  • Accurately forecasting with integrity around deal stages and close dates.
  • Identifying risks proactively, providing candid assessments of changes and next steps.
  • Contributing to sales playbooks by sharing insights on objections, competitors, and repeatable use cases.

Performance Metrics

  • Meeting new-logo Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Expanding pipeline and maintaining territory coverage.
  • Win rates against competitors and no-decision outcomes.
  • Average and total multi-year deal values.
  • Securing strategic client accounts.
  • Adhering to forecast accuracy and deal stage standards.
  • Maintaining multi-threaded and MEDDICC quality in deals.
  • Protecting pricing and avoiding unnecessary discounts.
  • Ensuring CRM data quality and adherence to sales processes.

First Year Goals

  • Within 90 days: complete onboarding, develop territory and account plans, and establish initial qualified opportunities.
  • Within 6 months: achieve credible pipeline coverage with progressing multi-threaded opportunities and close or significantly advance a first customer win.
  • Within 12 months: consistently meet quota, sustain pipeline development, and successfully land accounts with clear potential for expansion.

Candidate Profile

  • At least five years of experience in B2B software or complex technology sales, with prior success managing new business quotas.
  • Demonstrated consistent achievement beyond sales targets, including personal pipeline creation and deal closure.
  • Ability to walk us through major deals end to end, detailing opportunity creation, buying group development, outcome, and learnings.
  • Proficient business-level English; French language skills are a plus.
  • Structured sales approach using frameworks like MEDDICC or similar.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and CRM usage supporting predictable business.
  • Experience with CAFM, IWMS, FM, PropTech, or multi-site operations is advantageous.

Compensation, Support & Career Advancement

  • Base salary up to CAD 140,000 based on experience, plus unlimited commission potential.
  • Comprehensive business development, Pre-Sales, marketing, and enablement support.
  • Structured onboarding program, training, and coaching, with a challenging but fair quota.
  • Opportunities for advancement into global account management or sales leadership roles.

Additional Information

This opportunity suits a skilled new business sales professional seeking autonomy to develop a territory, strong corporate backing to win complex deals, and significant financial rewards for exceeding targets.
