This role is with a globally recognized leader in Customer Experience (CX) solutions, boasting a significant presence in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Public Sector, Healthcare, and Utilities. Operating across diverse geographies, the company employs approximately 500 professionals worldwide, including a 50-strong team in Australia with offices based in Sydney and Melbourne. The BFSI sector represents the firm's strongest market segment in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), featuring all of the top four banks as part of its client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Services team to develop and nurture a strong pipeline of new business within targeted accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing customer base to maximize revenue potential.
- Work in conjunction with marketing, operations, and business development teams to craft and implement highly impactful campaigns customized for your geographic territory.
- Deepen engagement within pivotal vertical markets by formulating persuasive, value-driven propositions tailored to specific target segments.
- Establish and maintain influential, lasting relationships with leading Financial Services organizations, engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in selling complex, high-value CX or related SaaS offerings to enterprise-level clients.
- Strong familiarity with the Australian Financial Services environment, including experience engaging tier 1 and 2 banks, superannuation funds, and insurance providers.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with senior influencers, leveraging an existing professional network of partners and prospective clients.
- Experience in scaling and growing business operations across Australia, with preference given to candidates with exposure to the broader ANZ region.
- Compensation package includes an on-target earning (OTE) potential up to $320,000, split evenly between base and incentives, for highly qualified applicants.
