Job Overview
Frigerio Conserva Allana Private Limited seeks an Account Executive to manage client billing, handle payment follow-ups, and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions at their Panvel office.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely client invoicing and follow up to secure payments.
- Handle bills payable activities, including voucher entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable by monitoring outstanding balances and enforcing collection procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clear any billing discrepancies or concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years experience within accounting or finance roles.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of client billing, payment tracking, accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Familiarity with voucher entry and basic accounting software usage.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a B.Com degree in any specialization.
