Account Executive (Accounting)

Company Overview

Shah Marketing Pune LLP is seeking to hire an Accountant cum Data Entry Operator located at Mangalwar Peth, Pune.

Role Summary

This position involves managing fundamental accounting tasks alongside routine data entry and record-keeping duties.

Key Duties

• Execute daily basic accounting operations.
• Maintain and organize bills, invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Enter data precisely and sustain records using Excel spreadsheets.
• Record purchase and sales transactions.
• Update ledgers and related account documentation.
• Support bank reconciliation and record payments.
• Generate required reports on a daily and monthly basis.
• Systematically file and arrange documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather bills and necessary paperwork.
• Ensure work accuracy and punctual completion of accounting and data entry tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory basic proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
• Competency in MS Excel and effective data entry skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and typing precision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Capability to manage both accounting and data entry functions effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants with experience in accounts and data entry favored.
• Fresh graduates with foundational accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally are also welcome.
• Applicants should demonstrate responsibility, detail-orientation, and multitasking ability.
