Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to support our Sales & Marketing division in Winnipeg. This role acts as the main conduit between our assigned clients and internal departments, ensuring customer specifications for products are clearly articulated and facilitating the punctual delivery of lottery tickets and associated game outputs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Fully grasp and interpret customer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into precise and accurate specifications.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and requests.
- Ensure preparation and approval of artwork, specifications, and Kodak proofs are timely and free from errors to maintain game order schedules.
- Advocate for customer interests during internal team discussions.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to expand business opportunities within lottery markets.
- Contribute insights to the creation of customer product marketing strategies.
- Serve as the primary daily contact for client project management and correspondence.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in an administrative or project coordination position.
- Proven strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous involvement in the lottery industry is advantageous but not required.
