With backing from investor Maguar, who specializes in B2B software and manages assets worth 600 million euros, along with the recent acquisition of ScableOne, shyftplan is expanding its scope. It is building a comprehensive platform supporting factory personnel encompassing workforce management, shopfloor execution, skills development, and strategic human resource planning.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison for top-tier German industrial companies, nurturing trusted relations across manufacturing, production, HR, and IT domains.
• Translate customer needs into precise cross-selling and upselling plans and independently drive them to closure.
• Develop actionable key account strategies, ensuring they are executed, monitored, and continually refined.
• Act as the interface among sales, project teams, and account management, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team experienced in driving growth at leading global tech, digital, and consulting firms.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in enterprise environments, preferably in SaaS, software, or IT sectors.
• Sales-driven mindset complemented by strong strategic thinking capabilities.
• High affinity for software and solid understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially at the C-level.
• Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and contributing to team successes.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
