Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols within and around the hotel premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public hotel spaces, including conference and leisure areas.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to uphold hotel standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years' supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage team tasks.
• Good communication abilities to coordinate with staff and other departments.
• Flexibility to assist other departments when necessary.
