Key Responsibilities

• Supervise work standards to guarantee the highest quality in all accommodation operations.
• Assign room duties to accommodation and housekeeping teams efficiently.
• Mentor and develop team members to prepare them for career progression.
• Ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Manage the cleanliness and upkeep of all public hotel areas, including conference suites and leisure facilities, to consistently meet guest expectations.
• Work closely with Maintenance and Front Office departments to maintain excellent hotel standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years’ experience in a comparable hospitality management role.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Adaptable and willing to provide support across various hotel departments when necessary.
