Job Overview

As an Accommodation Assistant at the Conrad Dublin, a premier 5-star property within Hilton's Luxury Division, you will play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences. Your main responsibilities involve maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order in guest rooms while extending hospitality warmth and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Work a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week to support seamless room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guest rooms are flawlessly cleaned and organized including bed-making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, and carrying out detailed deep-cleaning when necessary.
• Replenish linens, towels, and essential guest supplies regularly.
• Manage the housekeeping supply cart by stocking and transporting necessary items daily.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests, enhancing their overall stay experience.
• Handle waste and recycling procedures by disposing of materials in designated areas responsibly.
