Job Description
The Academic Tutor role involves delivering individualized one-on-one remote lessons to students on a full-time basis. Daily duties include designing and executing engaging teaching sessions, evaluating student comprehension, and tailoring instructional strategies to suit diverse learning styles and academic standards. Tutors will assist learners in core subjects such as mathematics and general education, clarify challenging topics, prepare students for exams and assignments, and maintain open communication with students and caregivers when relevant. Progress tracking and lesson plan adjustments based on performance are integral, alongside utilizing online tools and resources to enhance interactivity. Maintaining professionalism in all tutoring sessions is essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in personalized tutoring and private classes focusing on individualized academic assistance.
