AC Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC, Refrigeration, and Cold Room Technician to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of air-conditioning, refrigeration, freezer, and cold-room systems to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and perform servicing and repair work on AC, refrigeration, freezer, and cold-room units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and address emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Inspect refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and check components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical controls.
• Ensure cold rooms consistently maintain designated temperature and safety criteria.
• Keep detailed service records and communicate requirements for spare parts.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines during all tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing AC, refrigeration, and cold-room equipment.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration system mechanics, electrical fault diagnosis, and refrigerant handling protocols.
• Completion of relevant technical certification, ITI, or diploma is preferred.
• Capability to operate independently and manage urgent repair situations effectively.
• Possession of a valid driving license is considered an advantage.
