Role Overview
The position involves creating intricate 3D visual representations using 2D CAD or SketchUp inputs. Candidates will be responsible for enhancing these models with authentic textures, materials, and setting suitable lighting and camera angles to produce lifelike images.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex 3D models accurately based on provided 2D CAD drawings or SketchUp files.
- Incorporate realistic texturing, material finishes, environmental lighting, and strategic camera setups.
- Produce high-definition exterior and interior renderings as well as immersive 3D walkthrough videos showcasing architectural designs.
