Position Summary
The role is based at the Business Bay office in Dubai, focusing on managing the entire recruitment lifecycle primarily for manufacturing and construction sectors. This entails sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and securing placements. Additionally, the consultant is expected to drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating closely with leadership within a lean and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Develop new business and expand client portfolios.
- Engage actively with clients and candidates to maintain solid relationships.
- Collaborate directly with company leadership as part of a dynamic team.
- Work onsite at Business Bay office in Dubai.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction sectors, or minimum three years of general recruitment background.
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator for talent sourcing.
- Proven ability to generate billing and nurture client accounts from inception.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial work setting.
