About the Role
Liberty Towers, a well-established recruitment and executive search firm in the UK, is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant based in Cape Town to join their team remotely. This role offers the autonomy of managing a full recruitment desk with the flexibility to focus on the UK and/or US markets according to your expertise and contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture new client relationships to expand business opportunities
- Identify and generate new job mandates
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts
- Gather detailed job briefs and provide market advice to clients
- Source and actively engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate candidate shortlists and client interviews
- Negotiate offers and successfully finalize placements
- Build sustainable relationships with both clients and candidates
- Develop a specialized market focus, sector, or geographic desk
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a comprehensive 360 Recruitment Consultant rather than solely candidate delivery
- Demonstrated success in business generation and candidate placement
- Recruitment experience in professional or white-collar roles
- Excellent client development and relationship management capabilities
- Confidence in engaging senior candidates and decision-makers
- Superior written and spoken English communications
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing a remote desk
- A commercial, proactive approach with strong self-motivation
- Experience recruiting within UK or US markets is especially advantageous
- Flexibility in professional services sectors including legal, finance, insurance, HR, technology, sales, marketing, operations, among others
