Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor representing the company at all times.
• Operate vehicles safely and comply fully with legal and company guidelines.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, promptly reporting defects and completing necessary documentation.
• Utilize company scanning equipment to scan all products during deliveries.
• Load deliveries safely prior to departure from the depot.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures throughout all duties.
• Manage delivery routes efficiently to ensure premium and scheduled deliveries are accomplished.
• Use and maintain correct equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently.
• Report any delivery or on-road issues immediately to the traffic office.
• Deliver products in excellent condition to customers every time.
• Handle customer issues courteously and effectively.
• Make collections according to instructions and set timeframes.

Essential Requirements

• Hold a C1 or higher driving license with a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and tachograph card.
• Licence must have a maximum of 6 penalty points and no current driving bans.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
