Detail
Office management:
- Maintain professional office space cleanliness, organisation etc
- Maintenance of office equipment and appliances
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies: stationery, groceries, etc
- OHS induction for all new starters
- Fire warden
- Mail distribution
Administration
- Manage and respond to inbox requests within 24 hrs.
- Delegate tasks as required
- Booking in training and conferences
- Record all training
- Coordinate and book all travel
- Documenting Business Support procedures
- Create and maintain CVs
- Assistance drafting proposals and tenders.
- RIW Compliance
- WHS forms
- PPE and First Aid Kit Audits
- Client Reporting
Fleet Management
- Coordinate all vehicle services and maintenance
- Branding of vehicles
- Manage BP fuel cards, Etags and infringements
- Drivers Licence Audit
- Vehicle Inspection forms
Finance Assistance
- Debtors management
- Invoicing assistance
- Client and Supplier procurement forms
- Finance Reporting
Contract Administration
- Filing of Contracts, NDAs and Probity Plans
- Maintenance of registers
- Monthly Reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in a consultancy
