Detail

Office management:

  • Maintain professional office space cleanliness, organisation etc
  • Maintenance of office equipment and appliances
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies: stationery, groceries, etc
  • OHS induction for all new starters
  • Fire warden
  • Mail distribution

Administration

  • Manage and respond to inbox requests within 24 hrs.
  • Delegate tasks as required
  • Booking in training and conferences
  • Record all training
  • Coordinate and book all travel
  • Documenting Business Support procedures
  • Create and maintain CVs
  • Assistance drafting proposals and tenders.
  • RIW Compliance
  • WHS forms
  • PPE and First Aid Kit Audits
  • Client Reporting

Fleet Management

  • Coordinate all vehicle services and maintenance
  • Branding of vehicles
  • Manage BP fuel cards, Etags and infringements
  • Drivers Licence Audit
  • Vehicle Inspection forms

Finance Assistance

  • Debtors management
  • Invoicing assistance
  • Client and Supplier procurement forms
  • Finance Reporting

Contract Administration

  • Filing of Contracts, NDAs and Probity Plans
  • Maintenance of registers
  • Monthly Reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a consultancy
