• Manage and coordinate all phase of project deliveries. Be able to implement the best industry practice. ?????????????????????
• Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need. ???????????????????????????????????????????
• Manage and coordinate with other consultants and contractors. ??????????????

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Implement project execution plan ????????
• Create project and design brief ?????????
• Coordinate the project related government approval process ????????????????Coordinate design development process and VE session ???????????
• With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package. ?????????????????????????????????
• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control ????????????????????
• Develop project schedule, update implementation plan and in accordance with the progress of the project ????????????????????????
• Host the meeting with clients ?????????????
• Management and coordination with client for the job follow-up and implementation ?????????????????
• Understand the specification and requirements relating to approval during the development process ???????????????????
• Manage the tendering process ??????
• Management and control project risks ????????
• Conduct tendering process ??????
• Coordinate project testing, commissioning and handover ????????????

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management ?????????????????
• 8+ years experiences in project management for High-rise & Commercial complex projects 8??????/????????????
• Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation ?????????????
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ????????????
• Has on-site experience ???????
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities ?????????????????
