Our UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators forges the next generation of (tech) leaders. We empower ambitious individuals – students, scientists, executives – with the strategic tools and frameworks to disrupt industries and build market-leading ventures. Our programs are designed for high-impact growth, partnering with leading corporations, foundations, and public institutions, including McKinsey, the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, BMW Group, and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.

Entrepreneurship Expert (m/f/x)

Your mission

• Take full responsibility for the conception, execution, and scaling of cutting-edge education programs for leading institutions from around the globe
• Design and deliver high-impact training programs in Business Design, with a heavy emphasis on scalable business models, e.g. in the fields of Deep Tech and AI
• Lead and enable others to achieve peak performance, fostering a culture of high achievement and impactful innovation
• Continuously evolve our methodologies, implement entrepreneurial best practices, and serve as a sparring partner for teammates regarding the integration of technological disruptions in our offering
• Develop strategies to exponentially scale and expand our reach and solidify our position as a global leader in transformative education and responsible entrepreneurship

Your profile

• Proven experience in designing and implementing educational activities and programs
• Expertise in applying advanced innovation methodologies (Business Design, Lean Start-up, Responsible Entrepreneurship, etc.) and proven ability to validate problem-solution and product-market-fit
• Experience in scaling a (tech) start-up or leading innovation initiatives in a tech-driven environment
• Proficient in current AI and/or Deep Tech trends and applications
• A data-driven approach to optimizing program effectiveness and impact
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
• A proactive, forward-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate and drive others to take initiative and experiment
• High visibility and credibility through own entrepreneurial success, speaking engagements, or active participation in the community, e.g. as a mentor or investor
