Job Description: UI UX Designer

Paisabazaar.com is seeking a detail-oriented UI UXDesigner. Design is involved in all phases of a project to ensure we’re building products that people actually use and appreciate, so you’ll need a full range of UX, organization, system thinking, prototyping and UI design skills to attack these challenges.

As an UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for a variety of assigned features and projects, functioning as an extension of the internal team through short-burst design sprints and lots of collaboration. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Experience leading and delivering design for web or web/mobile applications including proficiency with Sketch and responsive design principles
• Own and contribute to assigned projects through breakout creative sessions, research, concept boards, wireframes, flows, visual design, and handoff
• Create personas through user research and data
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Express ideas and solutions through sketches, quick prototypes, and diagrams
• Work with stakeholders to ensure user experience needs are aligned with the customer’s business priorities
• Ensure detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification
• Ability to translate big picture vision into detailed product requirements and features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• Proven experience in Designing.
• Good problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail and Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, illustrator, photoshop, XD)
• Excellent communication skills
