We are seeking an experienced business driver, as “Operations Manager” to oversee our shipping department at GAC Guyana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. The position is high demanding job & requires getting involved with daily work, manage, coach staff. Job requirements
Minimum 10+ years experience in similar position is mandatory, with proven track record.
Previously managing teams is mandatory, with “can do” attitude.
Professional shipping qualification is a must.
Ability to work in a fast phased environment and deliver set KPIs.
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, and financial acumen for managing a P&L is desired.
Attend external locations, various ministries & requires management skills to lead teams.
