What You Will Experience In This Position
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for technical and IT roles.
- Determine and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a flawless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles by applying recruiting platforms and networks.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies to improve our recruiting efforts.
- Promote the nVent brand as a top destination for ambitious professionals.
You Have
- A background in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred. Background in the technical/IT field is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for technical recruiting, with a particular focus on building strong relationships with software engineering professionals.
- Strong ability to influence partners and drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and attracting world-class talent.
