Role Overview:
The Assistant Security Manager will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at the convention center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure proper coverage.
- Conduct security assessments and risk management.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access controls.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services.
- Ensure compliance with security and legal regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 5+ years of security management experience.
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Experience with security systems and surveillance technologies.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
