At Pacmed we develop world leading AI-based decision-support software for intensive care doctors. It’s a hugely exciting area where we’re breaking boundaries every day. We have currently implemented our software in our first ICUs, and we are currently developing new exciting features and prototypes, with the ambition to scale across the Netherlands and beyond. We’re looking for a Business Development Lead who’s excited to build impactful and lasting client relationships with partners that want to implement Pacmed’s solutions to help improve the level of medical care for as many patients as possible.

What Would Be Expected Of You

  • Manage a variety of projects with a large technical component. This includes the implementation trajectories of our product, managing the rollout of structural changes to our product, and other strategic projects.
  • Represent Pacmed’s interests and explain the technical feasibility of our solution in the initial stages of a project, especially when it comes to the data integration with the hospitals.
  • Manage timelines for all technical aspects of the implementation trajectories. Examples are: data validation, model calibration, acceptance testing.
  • Understand and supervise the required regulatory work to ensure compliance with Pacmed’s QMS and ISMS. (See nice to haves).
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementations of Pacmed’s products following Pacmed’s project management approach, and optimize Pacmed’s project management approach
  • Translate and negotiate the requirements of a project to concrete internal requests with respect to priorities, resources, etc.
  • Represent the customer (often hospital IT staff) towards Pacmed product function, to discuss feature requests from the market.
  • Work with the customer success manager and tech leads to align on priorities, progress, escalation paths, and so forth.

  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • Professionally proficiency in English.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • :4 years of professional experience in project management.
  • Sufficient knowledge to understand the technical challenges that come with delivering a software product with hospital-specific components to the bedside.

Should-haves

  • Experience in working with hospitals, particularly the IT staff.
  • Experience in working with academical hospitals/partners.

Nice-to-haves

These are things that would make your profile jump out!

  • Experience with regulations (ISO13485, ISO27001) relevant for this field.
  • A basic understanding of AI.
