Job Purpose
To manage the collections process at Pan India level, to build and manage a best-in-class high efficiency Collections Team to enable delivery of ECL & NCL parameters and to liaise with in-house and external collections teams and to oversee their activities, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations.
