About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Digital Support Technician to join the council’s Change and Digital Transformation Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of the council’s Target Operating Model for customer access ensuring that digital services support the council’s programme of transformation with the customer at the heart.
What You Will Need
As a Digital Support Technician, you will be required to have good technical, organisational and communication skills. You will be passionate about service improvement and will understand the importance of attention to detail. The role is at the heart of change and digital service and there will be opportunities to support many and varied teams, projects and systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, positive and organised.
