Reporting to the Service Manager the SA Service Coordinator is responsible for site work and workshop scheduling (in collaboration with Service Manager), ensuring that the team members always adhere to the company guidelines and policies, provide clients with timely responses to request and manage service contracts renewals and administrations.This position is part of the Service team located in Northriding, South Africa and will be Onsite

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Generate Work Orders in ServiceMax.
• Create, update, and edit customer account information and instrument installed base information in ServiceMax and Oracle.
• Responsible for parts orders, technician and customer account updates, customer billing inquiries, and Work Order updates.
• Act as liaison between customer, internal associates, and Field Technicians for escalations, pricing, repair debrief details, and repair documentation.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a daily changing, fast paced work environment.
• Identify gaps in process and offer suggestions for improvements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Representative or a similar role in the Customer Service department
• Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Knowledge of ServiceMax & Oracle is a plus
• Availability to work Onsite from our office in Northriding
