About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Chief of Staff to join the leadership team at a high-growth company in the early education sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive performance and execution at the executive level. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to advance key business priorities, optimize decision-making, and support company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key executive-level meetings, including senior leadership discussions and quarterly board meetings, ensuring effectiveness, preparedness, and follow-through.
• Drive the company’s operating cadence, enhancing decision-making processes and organizational efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects aligned with the CEO’s top priorities, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver measurable business impact.
• Build deep trust with leadership, external partners, and employees at all levels, effectively challenging and influencing where necessary.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous challenges, providing structured solutions to drive company-wide success.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience, ideally combining management consulting, investment banking, and leadership roles in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments with a proactive and resourceful approach.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and concise style.
• High level of ownership and initiative; comfortable taking on diverse challenges without hesitation.
• Strong resilience and determination to overcome barriers and drive meaningful change.

Compensation

$153,000 – $244,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
