Program Manager

We are looking for Program Manager (PM) to help expand adoption, train hospital teams, and drive business growth.

As a Program Manager, you will:

? Lead and manage multiple programs to increase xvision utilization.

? Train and support surgeons, rad techs, and OR staff.

? Drive sales growth and strategic market development.

? Work closely with hospital teams to optimize xvision adoption.

? Support live xvision procedures and train surgeons on advanced system skills.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

? 2+ years of medical device sales experience.

? Familiarity with spine surgery (preferred).

? Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Willingness to travel up to 50%.
